Pastors and business leaders will converge at Camp Chautauqua for a two day event that will work to accomplish the following objectives:

1: Individual Soul Care

2: Intelligent Leadership Development 

We will have multiple special keynote speakers joining us! 

Tom Messer has served 30 ears as Senior Pastor at

Trinity Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida. The church is

multI-campus, with three locations In Jacksonville. He

serves as Chancellor at Trinity Baptist College, President

of Trinity Christian Academy, and oversees Trinity Rescue

Mission, all ministries of the church. The ministry has 400

full time employees and an annual budget of $23+ million

dollars. He is passionate about helping leaders and

organizations be effective, intentional, and strategic.

Tom Mercer is the President and Executive Director of The

Oikos Movement, a non-profit organization dedicated to

helping Christians and the local churches they attend align

their lives and ministries with the Great Commission. He trains

leaders how to leverage the dynamic of the oikos principle

around the world. Tom was in pastoral ministry for 45 years.

For 38 years Tom was the Senior Pastor and primary teacher

at the High Desert Church of Victorville in Southern California.

During that time the church grew from 125 to over 12,000,

from one campus to four.

Mark Neal  is the President and Executive Director of The Warrior Nation Foundation, a 501C3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping Pastors, Ministry leaders, and Christian Business Leaders to find clarity in God's direction for their lives. He does this in several ways through hosting retreats at their retreat center, coaching and mentoring pastors and ministry leaders with a focus on health and wholeness and intelligent executive leadership coaching with a focus on strategy, and hosting clarity events all over the nation that helps encourage and strengthen leaders within the local church.

Mark was in pastoral ministry for 25 years. For 20 years Mark was a Lead Pastor and primary teacher at 3 different churches. Mark has planted a church, pastored a mega church, and revitalized a church. Lead pastoring in these three distinctive contexts has helped him in successfully mentor and coach pastors and spiritual leaders no matter what stage or context of ministry they are in.  

Mark is passionate about pastors and ministry leaders not losing their soul while leading God's church. He and his wife, Lori, have been married for 25 years. They have two grown children and a teenage daughter still at home.
